Knob adjustable lever with 9±1 sections

Lever with breakpoint design to prevent from whole lever getting broken as scooter falling down to affect the starting.
4.Right lever with hand brake structure; as parking and hill side parking, assisting fixing front wheel and no sliding.
Hand brake function is only used to assist the temporary parking and hill side parking.
